ProMiller Hotel Management Company was founded in 2018 in Ahmedabad by Sahil Pandita and Shruti Shukla. We run a small number of hotels, and we run them completely.
Most of our hotels come to us the same way. An owner has a property that should be doing far better, has tried the usual fixes, and is ready to let someone else take charge. We take that hotel on as our own adopted hotel. We fix it on a high-intensity model, with senior people on the ground, until it is where it should be. Then we move it to a lighter model, where it runs on its own systems and its own people, and we carry on managing it.
Every hotel where the owner gave us that freedom has gone on to dominate its market. Our first assignment, The Ummed Ahmedabad, saw a 22% increase in revenue and a 90% increase in profit within a year. At TSG Hotels & Resorts in the Andamans, revenue grew from Rs 18 Cr to Rs 45 Cr. Today we manage about 350 rooms across 6 destinations, in 7 hotels, one of them in pre-opening.
ProMiller has never failed an owner. When a hotel looked too risky to ask an owner to bet on, Sahil leased it himself, at his own risk, so the upside and the downside were his alone.

Equity & Mutual Growth: We grow only when the hotel grows. Our relationships with owners are fair, open and built for the long run, and we have never bent our terms or our ethics to sign a hotel.

Operational Discipline: Written SOPs, clear standards and the same monthly reporting on every hotel, shaped to the property rather than copied from a template.

People & Culture: Hotels are run by people. We build teams that own their work and stay, which is why the results hold after we step back.

Who we are
What we do
We offer two services and nothing else.
Third-party hotel management: we take full charge of the hotel as its operator. The team, the standards, pricing, distribution, budgets and monthly reporting all sit with us. Brand and franchise selection is part of it.
Hotel asset management: where another company operates the hotel, we sit on the owner's side of the table and hold that operator to the plan. Brand and franchise selection is part of this too.
Pre-opening, revenue management, sales and digital marketing are built into both. We don't sell them on their own, and we don't take one-off assignments.
​We would rather say this early. ProMiller works for owners who are ready to hand over the hotel and trust the process. For anyone else, whatever the size of the deal, we are the wrong company.

We take very few hotels: We would rather run a handful of hotels brilliantly than many hotels well enough. So we turn most assignments down.

The owner hands over control: Team, pricing, distribution and standards: the decisions sit with us. That is the only way we know to fix a hotel properly.

We don't chase: We have never pitched for a hotel or chased an owner to sign one. Most owners come to us through another owner.

One offer, first and final: We are not the cheapest option, and we don't negotiate fees or terms. We make one offer. It is our first and final one, and taking it is the owner's call.

Ethics first: We run every hotel the right way with guests, teams and vendors, even when a shortcut would pay faster. That has cost us deals, and we are fine with it.

Teams that stay: Strong hotels start with strong teams. Our culture builds ownership and keeps good people, so service holds long after the turnaround.

Our Founders
Sahil Pandita
Sahil started in hotels at 16, in 2012, as an operations trainee at Clarks Inn, Hubli. He went on to work with ITC Hotels and Taj Palace, New Delhi, became the youngest manager in Hyatt's history at Hyatt Regency Delhi, and then spent years in hotel asset management under HVS mandates before founding ProMiller in 2018. He is Asia's youngest Asset Manager. He runs the company and still treats every hotel we take on as personal.
Shruti Shukla, Co-founder
Shruti co-founded ProMiller in 2018. She is also the creator of Crazy Plant Lady Cafe in Ahmedabad and leads the School To Lead Foundation.

Pooja runs the founders' office. She manages the schedule, the paperwork and the flow of communication with owners, teams and partners, so nothing waits on the founders' desk.
Yash Bhansali, Strategy & Growth, Founder's Office
Yash works in the founders' office on strategy and growth. He leads the research and due diligence on every hotel we consider, prepares our case studies, and supports owner discussions and management contracts from first conversation to signed agreement.
